No. All posters are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that matches your interior. A standard A2 frame measuring 42 × 59.4 cm will fit the poster.

Each poster is printed on demand by our production partner, Printful. Orders may be produced at different facilities depending on the customer’s location, product availability and delivery destination.

This localised production system helps reduce unnecessary transport and means your poster is created specifically for your order rather than being held as pre-produced stock.

Because every poster is made to order, production generally takes 2–5 business days before shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. After production, domestic deliveries can take approximately 1–8 business days, while international deliveries may take approximately 1–20 business days.

The estimated delivery date shown during checkout includes both production and shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Yes, IndyArt Studio offers worldwide shipping to the destinations available during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery country, the number of products ordered and the available shipping method. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise indicated during checkout.

Once your poster has been printed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link when tracking is available.

Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch, particularly when an international parcel is transferred between different carriers.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• your order number
• a clear photograph of the entire poster
• close-up photographs showing the damage or printing issue

Claims concerning damaged, defective or misprinted products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we may arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

If the parcel has still not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. Lost-parcel claims must generally be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Once the order has entered production, its artwork, delivery address or product details may no longer be editable, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Yes. Every IndyArt Studio poster is an original composition designed manually in Adobe Illustrator.

The artworks are not created using generative artificial intelligence. The concepts, shapes, colour combinations and layouts are developed individually as part of IndyArt Studio’s creative process.

Small colour differences are normal. Screens display colours using light, and brightness or colour settings vary between devices. Printed colours may therefore appear slightly different from those displayed on your phone or computer.

Paper texture, printing methods and ambient lighting can also influence the final appearance. These variations are not considered printing defects.

No. Purchasing a poster gives you ownership of the physical print only. Copyright and all intellectual-property rights remain with IndyArt Studio.

The artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, resold, distributed, altered or used commercially without prior written permission.

The current collection is available exclusively in A2 format. Custom dimensions are not currently offered unless specifically stated on the product page.

No. The designs are currently sold only as physical printed posters. Digital files are not included and are not available for download.

Handle the poster with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface unnecessarily. Keep it away from moisture, direct heat and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

For the best protection, display it inside a suitable A2 frame. Avoid attaching adhesive products directly to the printed surface.
